Is this good for smoker's lines?

I haven't seen a big difference in lines or wrinkles. I have seen a difference in skin texture and smoothness.

Retinol is pretty low on the ingredients list which makes me question just how much retinol is actually in the product?

It doesn't give the percentage of ingredients on the jar and I don't think it did on the box it came in either. You might try to see if you can get the answer directly from No7.
