This replaced my cast iron similar pot . It was too heavy at this stage. This pot is more than adequate for stews and soups. Lightweight which is lovely. Very attractive. Great buy.

I use this mostly for my ramen recipes and it’s perfect. The size is just big enough to allow for recipe variations and not worry about any possible spills, but small enough to also use as my personal soup bowl and carry from stovetop to the table. I actually purchased this to replace an item that was advertised as a ramen pot, but just wasn’t happy with it… This one is perfect for soup, noodles, veggies, etc when making 1-2 servings.
