It is completely safe and will accompany you for many years in preparing your dishes. Cook varied dishes from vegetables, meat, fish with just one cooking program. You can also cook delicious desserts, because authentic food does everything and makes it good! How do I use the pressure cooker? - Fill the pressure cooker with at least 250 ml (2 glasses) of liquid, no more than 2/3 of its height or less (depending on the type of food). - Close the pressure cooker properly as all models are designed so that no pressure can build up if not closed properly. - Start cooking by setting the heat source to maximum. A few minutes later, the pressure cooker reaches a temperature of more than 100°C (110°C to 120°C, depending on the type or position of the pressure control valve). The pressure control valve then whistles so that steam can escape. Reduce the heat and start counting down the cooking time. Hervorragende Qualität - dieses französische Systhem habe ich schon lange gesucht. Hatte damit bereits vor 65 Jahren beste Erfahrung gemacht. Mit einem späteren Produkt (nicht sicher - der Dichtring hat nachgegeben und eine heillose Sauerei verursacht). Mit diesem Topf kann sowas niemals passieren. Leider bekomme ich keine deutsche Bedienungsanleitung für die Beantwortung meiner Frage bezüglich einer Besonderheit (Ventil rotiert) - bisher leider keine Reaktion von "SEB in Deutschland".
