Después de 2 pedidos al final recibo un disco en condiciones y sin problema. Además el paquete protegido totalmente con espuma y burbujas como debe ser. 20tb nuevo sin usar y perfecto. A ver qué tal dos más que e pedido

A great 20-TB drive (be sure you know the difference between SAS and SATA) A great drive, and a good cost per terabyte. For most home users, this is the drive to get (avoid the SAS drive with a very similar description, unless you have proper SAS hardware to plug it into -- most people do not). IMPORTANT CAUTION: There are two different 20-TB drives sold on Amazon, both labeled "WD Ultrastar DC HC560." One is a SATA drive, one is a SAS drive. For consumers, the SATA drive is good. The SAS drive is designed for data center cabinets, and while offering a faster data rate, the plugs/pin-outs are not compatible (even though the SATA capability is nominally backward compatible). Don't confuse the two (the descriptions don't do a good job of differentiating the two). Platinum Micro really should update the product description to provide more clarity / avoid confusion between the two products.

Worked without any issues in my NAS/Server

This item was broken, not usable. Returning process is taking long time
