A: Just bought the 2021 M1 Max 16 inch Macbook Pro. Fits perfectly! Not really that snug either, plenty of room.

**Q: Does this bag fit a thick gamer laptop 15.6? Does it have cushion on the bottom if you set it down on a hard floor?**
A: The pocket is suspended off the bottom slightly, minimal padding on bottom of bag. I run a 2021 Yoga 6 in this bag, and it is all but lost in the pocket. A large 15" laptop shouldn't be an issue.
