Best juicer ever
Very good product , use it every day to make green juice. Easy to use . Extracts all the liquid and the remaining fibers are few. Takes 10 mins to clean after use. I would recommend to all Heath freaks out there !!

Warranty is worthless
The juicer was fantastic until it failed. Then we discovered that the warranty is only valid through the retailer that you bought it through. If they went into liquidation (ours did) then there is no central Angel company to honour the warranty. In other words, it isn't a manufacturers warranty, only a retailers warranty and depends on their survival. Not great for such an expensive piece of equipment. So beware!

Not what I expected!!! Warranty rubbish!
Great and tasty juice. The warranty is rubbish. All fine until it breaks down, very expensive for maintenance and parts. Wouldn't buy again!!!!

Long term user
If, like me you, you swallowed hard before purchasing such an expensive juicer it's worth it - it juicers home grown wheatgrass with ease which is no mean feat - it's particularly good for this purpose but also handled a 30 day juice only diet for my wife saving her many hours juicing work than with a cheaper juicer and avoiding the faint plastic taste of other juicers which aren't 100% stainless (there's a real difference - don't forget to invest in borosilicate glass bottles with stainless tops for storing your product) . However, the fine holes on the main fine filter (0.4 and 0.3 mm as I discovered) will overtime become blocked (minerals? / fine plant fibre) even with very careful cleaning. So make sure you soak regularly overnight in bicarb of soda wash again, then dry. Then use fine needles that clean 3D printers jets and +5 reading glasses so you can see what you're doing and every so often poke the stuff out of the blocked holes - not a big deal but if you want it to function well and last it will need doing - it may look clean after a quick wash but won't be in time. But that's the same for most pieces of expensive kit - you just need to look after it.

The most insane juicer ever. Buy it. You'll thank me.
This is simply the greatest juicer out there. I've used all the Philips and Magimix and Champion juicers, and they're good. If the Philips juicers didn't burn out their motor every 30 seconds, it would be very good. But the Angel is quite simply in a different league. You need to cut your fruit and veg pretty small to get the best out it. There's a reason the input tube is narrow and that's so you get the maximum extraction at nice slow speed, and this is what you want. Once you discover that you wash and get together your fruit/veg and cut them up using a knife that's fun to use, you're almost there. The rest is poetry.I mentioned the sharp knife because when I realised you do so much more cutting with the Angel than with a regular juicer (one that you can just chuck an apple whole down the chute) you realise that you want a really good sharp knife which you actually enjoy using. I bought a Kai Shun knife, and I'm using it on a video I made making a juice with the Angel.I've got the Angel 8500s but to be honest I don't think there would be much difference using any of their models. If you cut nicely, the Angel doesn't get clogged up, so the auto reverse function is barely if ever needed in my experience. They all stop if something gets clogged in the gears - it's just that the 8500s automatically reverses. So I did a quick video with a GoPro strapped to my forehead (extreme stuff this juicing) showing a typical juicing session of mine. Slower than typical really as I don't really dither quite as much as I did here. It took me 30 minutes basically to assemble the Angel, get ingredients, make an insane green juice, strip and wash the Angel. You can probably do it iall n 20 minutes if you don't dither and talk so much! I made it to persuade my son to swap his existing juicer (Champion) for the Angel. It's a massive amount of money, but you can justify it to yourself if you a) use it a couple of times a day or more, because it really does squeeze the maximum out of your fresh produce, which is going to save you money in the long term or 2) if you get as much pleasure out of using it that I do, which is going to make you juice more often, which in turn will make you healthier. The pulp is really dry when it comes out. I also have a 4-ton press, which I used to use with all my previous juicers just to get the last good stuff out of the produce, but it's a waste of time having it now that I've got the Angel, the pulp really is that dry. No it's not sawdust dry, as I've heard someone else proclaim, but you won't get more goodness out of your fruit and your greens with any other juicer. And, as you can see from the video clip, it's quick and easy to use, and the workmanship is just beautiful. It's built like a tank. A gorgeous chrome tank.So that's it. If you can afford it, buy one. If you juice twice a day or more, you'll save money, buy one. If you like quality anything, buy one.I paid full whack for mine, have had it a year, it's part of my life now. No I don't work for them (whoever "they" are). There are some iffy reports posted about the company that makes them etc. I looked at all of them, got worried, but it's all nonsense of course. The juicer came on time, spares are readily and quickly available in the UK and US by reputable companies. I simply cannot fault it, I love it and if it ever broke down (can't see it ever doing that!) I would buy a new one in a heartbeat.Watch the video, judge for yourself. Sorry about the crackly sound towards the end, not sure what I did wrong with the GoPro!https://vimeo.com/114515126
