Works brilliantly. I purchased this on 31st of May 2015 and charged it up as per the instructions. It's then been sitting in various boots until I first needed in in the autumn last year. I have since used it to start my Aston Martin V8 vantage at least four times and my 1957 MGA the same. Still got lots of juice left. Minor irritation is the shortness of cables to get to the awkward battery positions on both the V8 and MGA but that's really a first world problem. It does what it says on the tin and keeps the AA away.

A must have, peace of mind, accessory for winter mornings.
Does exactly as stated and has proved itself many times. A well built and quality product. If our aged 2 litre diesel estate struggles to start on very cold mornings, the power booster starts it immediately.

Plenty of power
Got this as I was having battery troubles on my 1.7 Diesel Astra, never got a chance to use it as the garage changed the battery the very day I received this, since then I've had chance too use it on a 2.0 Megane and it turned the engine over as well as the normal battery should do, car started straight away and the booster was hardly drained at all very impressed by its capacity but slightly bothered that it doesn't have an isolator switch...

Worked a treat. Would have been 5 stars but for contradictory/unclear documentation, and the wierd LED display (amber, red, red, red, green LEDs in that order) next to the 'TEST' button.

A nice machine to own quite heavy and well made. I read a lot of reviews before I bought this and they was all good and I am quite happy with it'and the point is it can get you out of trouble

Battery failure
Battery failed after 18 months of light use. Worked well before that. Had to call out the AA, who recommend Powerstart PS700 which they have on their patrol vehicles, and which I have bought as a replacement.

Good booster, no gimmicks, just as it says on the box
Arrived quickly, all correct. The instructions tell you to charge it for 48 hours the first time, however it was already fully charged. Needless to say I did leave it plugged in for first two day.
