These are amazing, really help with my bloating. I take them when the instructions say to and it really aids my gut. I have a celiac intolerance and always bloat when I eat gluten but when I take this bloating is very minimal and really helps with my skin and to keep my weight in control.

These are a good flavour and texture, and they seem to work. Good value although not the cheapest (nor most expensive!)I also use their high fibre gummies which are excellent.
