Can this be used in medicine to take away the taste?

I don’t see why not, we used this to flavour my babies prescription milk.

What does it taste like?

It does taste like strawberry, but I found I had to put a few more drops in to get the best taste. Hope this helps.

How strong is it? Im looking to add to a smoothie which already has a fairly strong taste in the protien powder and avacado.
