I find the device to be easy to use and lightweight for ease of movement. The rolling and kneading features along with the compression, give a sensation of true hand manipulation. Does not feel mechanical. It can however, be quite strong with pressure at max and can be painful. But this can be easily regulated. If I have to say something “negative “, it is the remote control. If you are not aiming it directly, and I mean DIRECTLY above the buttons on the unit, it will be useless. It’s quite silent and operates at 15 minute intervals. I have not used the heat feature and don’t believe I will. ILike that I have the choice. I would definitely recommend this product. Also, it comes with 2 remotes and can be magnetically attached to the top of the machine. Cool!One last thing. The day after my purchase arrived, I received a call directly from the vendor inquiring if I had any immediate concerns. Great customer service and communication without a middle man.
