Really?** A: 3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons liquid and one cup TVP. Bring liquid to a boil and pour over TVP. Stir and let stand 5-10 minutes. You can use water, but I prefer to use broth (for savory dish) or fruit juice (for sweet dish).
