Can I wear them outside?

Yes for short trips - the rubber outsole with a wave-pattern tread handles hard floors, and a quick step to the mailbox, patio or garage is fine. The sherpa lining is not meant for wet ground or long walks.

Is the insole removable?

No, the orthopedic footbed is permanently bonded so the arch stays aligned.

Are these machine washable?

Hand wash in cold water. Air or line drying is preferred. When air drying, keep it out of direct sunlight to avoid fading and cracking.

Are they good for flat feet or high arches?

They are built with a contoured arch and a deep heel cup, so they suit people who want structure under the arch rather than a flat sole. If your feet are sensitive to firm support, start with short wear and build up.

Do they run true to size? Should I size up?

Check the size chart in the images. If you are between sizes or plan to wear thick socks, order one size up.
