Recommend taking these along with a general health and fitness plan.
I am on my second order of these Softgels which I have been taking along with a multivitamin mainly to help with the winter blues. I have combined this with more physical activity. There wasn't an instant reaction however I do feel that after a few weeks my head is clearer and I feel more positive. I would definitely recommend taking these along with a general health and fitness plan.

3 supplements in one tablet
These soft gels are a handy supplement as they combine a good dose of CoQ10 with Omega 3, 6, 9, and Vitamin E. I was taking these separately but it is great to have one less pill to swallow. I am 67 and still working so need to stay healthy and alert and these really help with that. the soft gels are easy to swallow and pick up, unlike some smaller capsules. I don't usually bite them so unsure of the flavour but there is certainly no unwanted aftertaste.

Bien envasado y parece de muy buena calidad. Muy contentos con el producto. Son cápsulas blandas con contenido líquido en su interior. Para alcanzar los 600g/diarios hay que tomar 2 cápsulas al día. Lo recomiendo.
