Bought for my son. Works great on his truck

This is a great safety net for the Cummins. A little tuff to install on the back of the head but doable. (Takes time and don’t get Pissed!!) the on problem I had was the block under the housing would not work for me so I has to cut the radiator hose and use a Y pipe to connect the hose back into the coolent system. Oh it comes with a 180 temp thermostat and that’s not what the Cummins has in it so I got a 180 for the engine. Worked out great!!

Fast arrival. Time consuming but overall easy install. Functions and performs as advertised.I personally suggest installing a 180° engine thermostat to pair with the 180° thermostat in the bypass

Works as advertised. Components are very high quality. Just got her running and the thermostat is definitely opening up at 180.The darn freeze plug was very difficult to get out. Spent an hour one day. 2 hours the next and finally on the 3rd day I got it out in 10 minutes with a different tool.

4 HOURS TO REMOVE THE FREEZE PLUG ON MY 6.7 CUMMINGS YOU CAN ONLY SEE 1/4 OF IT OVER THE TRANSFER CASE ON THE DRIVERS SIDE. 20 MIN INSTALL AFTER THAT. NOW ITS DONE IM IMPRESSED AND IM VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS. I CAN TELL THE BYPASS IS RETURNING VERY HOT WATER AS MY TEMP GOES UP ON A SLIGHT HILL TOWING AND THE RETURN IS UNDER THE TEMP SENDING UNIT. I SEE IT WORKING AND IM HAPPY I DID IT. IF YOU CANT DO IT YOURSELF, GO GET IT DONE!

Keeps my truck 10-15deg cooler on average. Very nicely made product! Installation for the thermostat housing was easy, but the rear piece, not so much. Although it would be easier with the trans removed, I was able to install with trans in place. My 2015 had a bracket between the trans and block that I had to remove that wasn’t mentioned in the instructions. I was doing a delete kit and a new exhaust manifold at the same time that made it a little easier to get to. Either way, it’s worth the effort.

Haven't really driven yet but everything worked great.
