Swear by this product. It certainly works for me. Takes a couple of weeks to arrive so reorder before I run out. Have tried similar products from UK health food stores but have been disappointed. Started with half a spoonful to avoid bloating and built up to full scoop after a week. Expensive at over £20 but it's now become an essential for me. I use it to alleviate constipation in a gentle and healthy way.
