I’ve tried both this product and the extra strength version. If you’re new to trying breath right strips, start with these. The extra strength are a bit too sticky. These are perfect. They stick all night and come off easy in the morning. They open up my nasal passages and I sleep much better.

Made a huge difference in my sleep. I have issues with a deviated septum and woke up couple of times at night feeling I wasn't getting enough air. This product totally fixed the issue and hugely improved the quality of my sleep. The transparent clear version feels a bit lighter and very comfortable on the nose and the adhesion is just right. The skin colored version seems to stick tighter which makes removal a bit tricky sometimes. But these really work and you do get a better night's sleep if you have something like my condition

What can I say, they work but boy oh boy is that adhesive strong on sensitive skin. I put a strip of lotion down the bridge of my nose before I put the strip on so I don't peel off all the skin on the top of my nose removing it. If I get it up too high then the ends are up near my under eye skin which is very sensitive also. I don't usually put these on looking in a mirror but I think I need to do so to make sure they're down low enough on the bridge of my nose. Otherwise they seem to work fairly well with my night breathing. Most of the nights this stay on all night without any problem and sometimes into the morning and it takes some time to get them off slowly and carefully. If I don't take them off super carefully the skin gets really irritated.

I’ve been sleeping with these for a week now and have definitely noticed a difference in my sleep. I have sleep apnea but have never been able to keep my cpap on. I’ve tried cheaper brands of strips but they didn’t work well and usually came off during the night. These allow me to breath better, they stay on, and they don’t irritate my skin. I highly recommend these to anyone who has sleep apnea and struggles with a cpap.

These work well, and they are the only strips I have found that don't contain an adhesive which gives me that tickly itch after an hour or so.

These strips definitely open up your nose when they stay put, but that’s hit or miss. About half the time they start peeling off during the night, even when I clean my nose first. I’m also not a fan of the stiff, awkward feeling when I first put one on. It feels weird and tight across the bridge of my nose, but after a few minutes in bed I mostly forget it’s there. They do help me breathe better, so they work but they could definitely be more comfortable and stick better.

Works well! Just wish it wasn't so sticky after wearing!

works well, without drugs the only improvement would be a soft patch (non stick) directly on top of the bridge of the nose to prevent taking off more and more skin every time you use them.

J'ai acheté 2 boîtes. Une avait un collant pour sceller et l'autre était normale. J'ai eu un doute que j'avais reçu une boîte ouverte. Effectivement, j'ai compté et j'avais 24 languettes au lieu de 30. C'est décevant. L'autre boîte était OK avec 30 languettes.
