Nice Fine Filter Material
My pond has been suffering from the post-winter annual green-water growth. I use a conventional UV steriliser combined with filters in line with my pond pump, but the algae growth tends to bypass the graded sponge filters. I use a layer of this Filter Wool/Floss as the final filter before the water re-enters the pond and it does the job well.

Very thin
It is thinner than I thought it would be so I have to use three thicknesses for my filter. Works well then. Don't know how long it will last.
