Q: Are these reusable or is the wrapper a one and done thing?

the actual flask and wrapper are reusable but the sticky part might not last more than a couple times. The plastic wrapper is think and durable and seems like it will last for a long time.

Q: Are these smellproof? Would they work for transporting small amounts of medicinal herb?

Depending on the strength of smell, it's possible.. but I wouldn't count on it.. the tubes leaked a little so it's not a guarantee

Q: Can you hide these in a garter belt?

They are the size of a full tampon so I doubt it.

Q: How anyone ever used these on a cruise?

I have not tried them filled going through security but once I get thorough TSA at the airport I fill them with the nips I am allowed through TSA I have got through many other security places with them. No one wants to ask any questions when they see them lol they look so real
