Splitting 1080p to 3 screens with no issues.
Using this to distribute HDMI signals from a raspberry pi project to to 3 screens. I am only using 1920 x 1080 so can't comment on the 4k or 8k capabilities. Works very well for the price. Only down side I have found is when the unit is powered off and then on again, sometimes (but not all) I have to unplug the HDMI connections and then plug them back in one at a time for it to work. It repeats the one input on all the 4 outputs. Powered by the raspberry Pi USB output.**UPDATE - have since found out that the HDMI converters I was using were causing the issue. Since changed, all good and no problems.

Good solid piece of kit that does the job well
This splitter is solid and seems to have good quality connectors so the cables stay put once plugged in. I cannot vouch for the 4K capability but I can say it works well at full HD. I used it to feed 3 different TVs/monitors one of which was via a 25 metre HDMI cable, and they all worked perfectly.It was powered using a generic USB power adaptor with 4 outlets all capable of supplying 2.5 amps. I am not sure what the current drawn by this unit is but I had it on for several hours without issue,

Dolby surround doesn’t work
Overall good productHowever, you get what you pay forDoesn’t seem to support Dolby 5.1 surroundNot a problem until your kids are watching Cocomelon on Netflix, and the sound option is default to 5.1. 🤦🏻♂️Consequently, you get no sound and have to change sound option to original at the start of every episode

Not a UK plug
Great product, letting others know this comes with a 2 pin plug (European) not a UK plug, lucky it was replacing one which had malfunctioned and I have the plug spare but heads up to others buying the product
