How many batteries are inside the toy?

It has 1 button-cell battery, but the toy isn't designed to allow the battery to be replaceable without minor "surgery" on the mouse. Sadly, it's a disposal product. Although I never threw it away after the battery ran out and my cat is still batting it around in hopes of getting some noise from it.
