Received Damaged & Used-Looking Inverter, Not Charging Batteries
Very disappointing experience. I received a Luminous Eco Volt Neo 1650 inverter that appeared damaged and showed multiple scratches across the body, making it look like a used or previously handled product rather than a new one. More importantly, the inverter failed to charge the batteries properly, making it unusable for its intended purpose. I immediately raised a return request, but the return process was extremely frustrating. The pickup was scheduled, yet no pickup agent visited my address. Despite this, the return was marked as "Pickup Failed due to verification checks." For a product costing ₹8,999, I expected a new, fully functional unit and a smooth return process if issues arose. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this seller. Buyers should carefully inspect the product upon delivery and keep photo/video evidence of the package and product condition.
