Excellent - it just does what you expect it to do..
This is a TV areal (coax) cable adapter (connector) with good quality. It's gold plated and all metallic, so you can feel the weight of it too. I have a silver coloured, part plastic connector too, but I must say the gold one (this one) feels much better, although with my 22" TV I can't say the picture or audio quality has gone up so much. If you have a good & large TV, such as 40" (or larger) Sony Bravia or Panasonic Viera, maybe you could appreciate the difference more clearly, although in that case you'll need to use all the cables (the connector and the areal cable itself) gold plated in good condition. Gold plated ones are a bit more expensive than silver & plastic ones, but I think it's still nice to have good equipment especially if your TV is a good one!FYI.. you'll receive one adaptor (not two as you may imagine from the product image here). What this product image shows is that both ends are male!

Dieser Adaptertyp ist dann im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes Gold wert, wenn man beispielsweise ein Radio-Antennenkabel für einen TV-Antennenanschluss verwenden will und dieses Kabel aus irgendwelchen Gründen nicht anders herum verlegen kann (in meinem Fall ist es so hinter einem schweren Schrank verklemmt, dass es dort nicht ohne erheblichen Aufwand herausgezogen werden kann). Sollte die F-Buchse, in die eine Seite des Adapters gesteckt wird, allerdings nicht vergoldet sein, so empfehle ich, das Kabel nur in trockenen Innenräumen zu verwenden, da ansonsten erhöhte Korrosionsgefahr für diese Buchse besteht.
