Palm Sized Rocket!
So, I've been on the fence about this one for a while. But, at $70 and Christmas time, I figured I'd pull the trigger. That said, after my first few runs, here's the good and bad for this little fella. Good: Stupid fast for it's size, which is impressive, so don't worry about wanting to upgrade it, if that's your thing. It's a brushed motor with a lipo battery, so the battery will last much longer (easily 20-30+ minutes), and the batteries come with an adapter to charge all 3 at the same time. The steering servo, once properly dialed in, is pretty straight with a minimal drift, so you're not going to be all over the place. The LED system is bright enough to be seen during the day, so it's easy to keep track of if you take it out far enough. And the transmitter range is quite far, considering the size of the car itself. I was able to get a solid 200+ ft before I was worried I couldn't see the car itself anymore. Bad: The body clips are so small it's a pain in the butt getting them put back into the slots without dropping them for both the battery tray and the body. The brushed motor heats up very fast, so be mindful of that while driving and when holding it to disconnect the body and battery, as there's a cooling slot on the chassis plate that you can easily brush a finger across. The steering servo takes a bit of patience to dial in, and is incredibly sensitive, so making sudden corrections to your drive line can easily send the car cartwheeling. Because it's so small, light, and fast, you have to be methodical in your turns, anything too sharp and you'll send the car into a barrel roll. And last but certainly not least, because of it's size, it's super low to the ground, so driving on anything other than a smooth, flat surface will send this thing bouncing and scraping the whole time. All in all, it's a great, inexpensive hobby grade R/C car for it's size class. Whether you have it for indoor/outdoor use, a desk prop, or if you have a large concrete slab you can make a tape track on, it'll surely put a smile on your face. Part support is limited to what you can find on eBay or AliExpress, which could take a while to get, but as long as you're careful in your driving and don't abuse it, you shouldn't have to worry. That being said, I've only driven it on my driveway, street, and my office- so my experience may vary from anyone else's. The bad stuff certainly doesn't take away from all the good, and I haven't had any 4* or below circumstances happen yet, so, I'm comfortable giving it the 5* rating. I wouldn't buy it for my kids, so I wouldn't recommend that for anyone else, because of the patience required for something like this. But, that's just me, and how I've seen my kids drive their 1/10 Aarma trucks. Hope this helps!

Great for the price
It is incredibly fast for its size, the lights are amazingly bright and it is full hobby grade, so it is highly modifiable. The variable speed on the controller allows for a broader

It’s a blast to drive for its size.
This little truck is a blast to drive both indoors and out. I’ve ran it a few times already and love how it drives. It has a great run time for the size of the batteries (I’ve charged all three and so far still on the first pack) I haven’t used the mult battery adapter yet as I’ve got a few chargers that will charge via the balance plug so I used them along with the one that came with the truck to charge all three batteries. I do wish they had the lights where you could push a button on the controller to turn them on or off but since they don’t seem to effect the run time not much of a problem. I do like how it’s got the rear lights set up to do multi function and can double as brake and turn lights(didn’t notice till I ran it in a dark area with the lights off) For the price I may grab up a second one to have as a spare (definitely getting the metal upgrades for it) I was a bit skeptical about it being a brushed motor as I’ve never had them to last (went through three and two escs in a Hpi mini recon before I converted it to brushless) One tip take some white lithium spray and lube up the drivetrain otherwise the motor will heat up quickly which can cause it to overheat. I’ll have to see how well it holds up over time but it seems to be pretty durable from what I’ve seen so far. The controller is the same other hobby grade r/c models and while used for multiple models they make it’s still built well and works great.

Somehow these are more expensive and worse then what you get from China
I got this based on good overall good rating, but out of box it just didn’t roll well and got to the point where the motor started to overheat so much that it started to smell like burning electronics and I almost burnt myself. So I tried to get a replacement thinking it would be better. The replacement came in and also was not rolling very smoothly, but better then original. Still it was somehow worse then the model I got straight from China for almost half the price. What caught me off guard is that both cars came with 500mah batteries that were all different sizes. I put them on a smart charger and quickly found out the “upgraded” batteries are somehow worse than the original 400mAh batteries. The 500mAh batteries only discharged 300mAh from full charge where the originals got closer to 375mAh. The internal resistance of the cells was also high at over 99. That explains why the batteries got so hot in the Amazon version of the car. The original 400mAh batteries have an internal resistance of 29. That’s a lot more reasonable for this size battery. These are great cars, but avoid buying them on Amazon, you will get a poor copy of the car and pay more for it only to save about 5 days in shipping. Pros: * Great car if you somehow get a good build Cons: * 0/2 in terms of getting a good car vs 3/3 ordering from China * “upgraded” batteries are some how worse then stock. Less capacity, higher internal resistance, and lighter weight than the stock. * Upgraded controller is less comfortable.

This little sucker turns heads everywhere lol
Super fun and durable , excellent handling and balance once the tires break in , flipping over is so minimal and usually lands on its feet . Makes a small space feel giant and when driving far away the lights re so bright you always know white is front red is back even in daylight ... highly recommend. I get between 12 -14 minutes of full throttle abuse per battery and about 20 minutes if being more casual.. so more than happy with it
