Yes they require electricity. They are not rechargeable. Have them in my kitchen light. They are very nice.

The title says "pack of 6", the picture shows 6 bulbs, the item package quantity says 6. The size says "Pack of 4" Which is it please?

The size is not correct to quantity, it is a 4 watt lamp. I received 6 lamps. Very misleading the seller needs to correct the page!
