Trigger plunger quit working after only one tray
Trigger worked for one tray I had ten more to go. Ended up using barrel as a roller to flatten out hamburger to thin enough product to dehydrate.Of course unpacked days before use and disposed of original packaging. So didn't attempt to return to seller. Would not buy again.

I've made a few pounds of jerky with this unit already and it is amazing to use and clean!

Worst gadget ever...
I bougt this to make beef jerkies. This product is a joke. It's easy to assemble and to use. Also high quality. However, the meat that is left in the cylinder is almost 1/3 of your batch. It get's stuck in the cylinder. Then you have to open it up and use the plunger that comes with it and put back the meat that was back puching and what not. The problem with this somewhat high quality item, there is too much space between the cylinder and the push rod plate. So the meat does not get pushed and it goes on the other side of the push rod plate. What a mess. I do not recommend this product.

Jerky gun and attachments work great easy to use made lots of snacking sticks and jerky so far I would recommend this product

Malfunction
Husband got this and it seem to work good until we were about half done and realized the pushing plate inside the cylinder is too small. The meat squeezes around the pushing plate. Sent it back and got a full refund back.
