This is good. Clears up the nose no matter how stuffed it is. This is not your regular saline or anything like that. This is medicated. As such, you can't use it too often. I think it's recommended no more than 2 days in a row. But if you're desperate, it really works. Fully. And it lasts a few days for me.

Do not prolong use! Three days and that’s it! By the 4th day of use both nostrils had blood in them. Matter of fact I suggest if you have one good nostril and one plugged up. Don’t even put it in the good nostril.

I cannot say anything medical in a review, so I'll just say I found this to be very good nasal spray.

It's a double pack at a discount of the same product. Vicks sinex severe I love the eucalyptus and Vicks smell, it opens up my sinuses, like magic. It doesn't hurt that I turn my head upside down prior to using the nose spray.

I'm not sure what kind of magic potion they put in these little guys, but they work incredibly well for a stuffy and congested nose. Like, within SECONDS, you can go from unable to breathe, to able to breathe out both nostrils.The only catch is if you use these over and over, they'll dry out your sinuses to the point you may get bloody noses. SO, user beware, but this spray is amazing for a short term fix.

I use a CPAP machine everytime I sleep and I love it. However, I'm always congested due to the use of the CPAP. The Vicks nasal spray cuts through and allows me to breathe. The dual pack cost brings the price down to roughly $8 a bottle. When I go to my local Walgreens/CVS, the price per bottle is between $11 and $14. This is a much better deal.
