For me not strong enough
I apply this 2-3 times in each nostril and it gives me a runny nose for 10 minutes, then it clears up my clogged sinuses sometimes. It depends on how much pollen is in the air. It does not last 10 hours. This product is not strong enough for bad allergies like mine.

Love the fine mist with no aftertaste
My doctor recommended this for migraines caused by barometric pressure. Didn't take away my migraine, but I have been breathing MUCH better and will continue to use it for sinus pressure.
