Update: So the seller reached out to me and with no hassle whatsoever they replaced it again. This time we have used it daily for weeks and it has endured! They were kind and I’m now happy with the product. I’m changing my review because I think it’s important to recognize that they stand by there product.Previous review:I was so excited for this product but I’ve reordered 3 times and it breaks within days. Too much fuss to return just after 3 purchases and yet none of them endured. I have a feisty little shitzhu fox terrier but this just doesn’t hold up. Very disappointed.

Ordered both as Medium. Sizes are not the same for each color. Same thing with the red.

We were pleasantly surprised with the new version of this coat. It's a great fit, the materials are more sturdy, and the new strap design provides more secure fit. It even has a higher quality zipper. I will be buying more of these, to have spares when needed.Oh - and the price is incredibly good.Note that there are two sets of sizes: Small/Medium/Large/... for small dogs and another set of the same standard size names, for larger dogs. Brodie, our 12 lb Yorkie Bichon, wears a size Large in the small dog group. Disconcerting, but if you measure your dog (instructions on the ordering page) you'll find one that fits. (Hint: use a string to take each measurement, and then measure the string.)Our first of this kind fell apart in our very old washing machine. Since then I've been washing it by hand and air drying it (after putting it through a spin cycle only, in the washing machine). Not a big deal, especially with a coat for a small dog.

This is a great coat for my rescue chi-mix. Be sure to measure as shown on the size chart. She is 15lbs and I ordered an XL, which fits perfectly. The zipper on top makes it easy to get on, although it does slide down a bit, occasionally. I like how the harness goes all the way around her body.

Finally, I have found a coat that Miss Molly doesn’t mind wearing. This is the fourth jacket I’ve tried, and it is by far the easiest to put on her. She is a one and a half year old 14 lb terrier mix with a long body. I ended up getting her a 2 XL and I’m glad I did. It fits her perfectly. Her back length is 15”, her neck is 12”, and her chest is 14-1/2”. We let her hair grow long in the winter so it adds to her bulk. Even with her long hair, it doesn’t get caught in the zipper. All in all, measure your pet, follow the size chart and size up

Zipper slides down which worries me. I have to keep zipping up the coat while walking my dog.

This is a nice coat, my puppy weight 10 lbs. I bought size L, it fit a little snug due to his thick fur. Will try XL and see how it fit.

This jacket is soft and warm! I bought one for my smallest dog and was so impressed with it that I returned to buy matching jackets for my other three pups. The built in harness is awesome as Velcro fasteners eventually stop fastening. With the zipper on top the jacket stays in place. We’ve had unexpected winds and these jackets have been excellent! Do pay attention to the size charts though as the jacket sizing is not what you would expect. My 15 pound dog, for example, is wearing an XL.
