Chickens need these. They’re high and protein and they produce good eggs if you use these soldier fly larva. This is a huge box and it lasts a long time. We have 22 chickens and I give a bowl of these to them a week. A good size bowl cause chickens need about 15 to 20 of these each a week. These are good for the price because when you go to the store like a feed store or Walmart or Wilco, they are expensive for a small bag. This is an investment so you don’t waste money later. This box typically last me about two months.

This is a great product. The wild birds love it, it is less expensive than mealworms and the larvea are grown on refuse.

My girls love black larvae. This is a good price, so I tried it. I just wish the ziplock feature was of a little better quality, but on all the larvae I have tried, same closure.
