these things are the only thing that gets me to poop. they’re magical. just make sure you are by a toilet because it can be a crampy intense outcome. that being said, it really cleanses the gut, and makes you feel lighter after. i only eat half, after eating the whole thing a couple times, it wayyyy too intense. using them on vacation after flying is a must for me now. the taste makes me gag and i hate the process of eating it but it works too well to stop.

These things made my bowels all but turn themselves inside out. I experienced some cramping but nothing I’d call truly painful. They taste fine, nothing special. I had one every couple of days and each time the reaction was a little quicker and more vigorous. For me, it seemed to take about 3 to 4 hours before I felt the effect. Do not attempt any long hikes after eating one of these if you’re not prepared to be one with nature. I ate one in the late afternoon and I pulled from my sleep with a dire need to go. I’d suggest eating one early so you’ve got the day to allow things to settle down. May the force be with you…always.

These fermented fruits are very effective. Pace yourself and maybe even start with half of the plum. It seems like within 6 to 8 hours a serious bowel movement will occur.Be sure to it on a day when you know that you will be at home or even the evening beforehand.

This product did not work for myself or my husband at all. Waste of money.

I didn’t have any expectations of this product when it was referred by friend only because I have severe IBS-C and what works for others usually fails for me. I followed the instructions and 7 hours later the purging began. There has never been a product that single handedly gave me the feeling of complete emptying. I feel healthy in body and mind. The fact that it is natural makes me love it even more! Oh, it takes like a prune, good if you like prunes.

On my third purchase of these. They work well for all in my family. You don’t even have to eat the whole plum. It works better than a certain pineapple tea.

Wow should have read the reviews better. These arrived and so I just ate one while getting ready for bed. The taste was good to me but around 4am my bowel decided it was time to empty. Wow! These will now be a mid day at home cleanse.
