Can the length of the chains be adjusted, if you need to shorten two of them?

Yes, someone with good mechanical skills could. You would have to remove the roll-pins on the hook. Once you remove the hooks, then remove the desired # of links and reattach the hooks. I would use new roll pins when reattaching the hooks. This type of work would also void any manufacturers warranty. Only attempt I you know what you're doing. Working with suspended loads is serious business.

Wasn’t expecting it to be as heavy duty. Perfect for what I’m doing. People are saying it’s not adjustable. It is!! You need to push the small pin out of the hook at the bottom of the chain. I used a small star screw driver to punch it out and a hammer to put it back in. Wasn’t too hard to do.
