The Ambernik RG353V is a solid little console that is a pleasure to hold! The triggers are in comfortable places to rest your fingers on and placed so you never accidentally hit them. The controls on the front are awesome and again are ideally placed. The right hand analog stick may prove to be a bit of a pain in certain games as you won't easily be able to hit the buttons at the same time. I haven't yet ran into this issue myself though!The Linux operating system is definitely a step up from my old RG35XX and is an absolute pleasure to use! However without changing the settings it does struggle to run some N64 titles... BUT FEAR NOT! by simply switching to the ANDROID operating system (simply removing the top micro SD card), this runs N64 games great!! The device is more than capable... it's awesome!Definitely consider the RG353V if you love your retro games up to PS1 & N64... the screen quality is awesome, the sound is banging for such a small console and its battery lasts for AGGEESSss. Pick one up guys if your after a retro handheld!

The device is perfect for playing old school games. The screen is incredible! And the device doesn’t seem to small yet still fits in your pocket! I would defo recommend it to people, I did end up sending mine back as a couple of pre loaded the games did crash.

I have been looking for a device to get into retro games from my younger years. The Anbernic RG353 is the perfect device to have a small and powerful device that will fit in your pocket for on the go, waiting for a train, bus, or your partner while they are shopping!This device has a great little 3.5 inch IPS display which is bright and you can play most games in normal outside daylight without any real problems. It comes with two operating systems which include Andriod 11 and Linux. Both are fully loaded with a variety of different games. On TF card holds the Linux Operating System, removing this card will then allow the device to boot into Android where you can use the multi touch display. The second TF card slot is there for your games and you can add your own games to the device.The console will play PSP、DC、SS、PS1、NDS、N64、CPS1、CPS2、CPS3、FBA、NEOGEO、GBA、GBC、GB、SFC、MD、SMS、GG、MSX、PCE、WSC、N-Gage、indie game etc with a variety of game formats. It also has bluetooth connectivity to add a controller such as the Xbox or Dual Shock as well as other bluetooth controllers. The deivce also has the ability to outpuit to a TV and has built in wifi - in fact you can even stream Xbox Gamepass on the device.This is a perfect little portable that will play many of the games you want and is the ideal partner for your pocket!

Well to start I was very excited to be able to afford this for me to have a classic gameing experience whilst out on the roadPackage greatDelivery greatDevice build quality greatNow …… I orderd the top end one with the bigger sd card with the thinking I wouldent have to mess around with sourcing roms for a start there was no Pokémon games on any emulator at all … there are lots of duplicate games like driver 2 there are 3 different copy’s and not one of them workVery dissatisfied with the set up of the sd cards

This product is amazing as a retro gaming enthusiast I purchased this to use while on holiday. Firstly dual boot Andriod and Linux if you remove TF1 memory the device boots into Android from the built in eMMC you can use the touch screen to navigate the only down side is no play store :). pop your 16gb memory card and voila Linux loads and your presented with a carousel screen where you can select the system and the games don't forget to put the additional mem card in TF2 this has the games on it. A nice selection of titles that can be added to easily. Screen is bright and vibrant sound is adequate centre speaker works battery life is OK. All games I've tried so far work OK still loads of playing to do great little device

Great device, really is, has over 4000 games built in, unfortunately alot of the games are duplicates meaning there's cases where some games appear more than once. Battery life is good and it's real easy to use, my biggest gripe is the save state function, while it does actually say the save is complete, sometimes you load the state back up and it fails, this is problematic if you're playing long games such as Zelda Ocarina of time, I found out the hard way and lost hours worth of game time. It's happened multiple times aswell and with multiple titles, now I just play something like Mortal Kombat for 5 mins on the bog cause Its all it's good for.

La console funziona davvero bene. Potrebbe essere più potente di quello che è, alcuni giochi sono stupendi e coinvolgenti (ha un emulatore N64 ma è difficile giocarci con prestazioni accettabili). Tende a laggare facilemente.Nella stragrande maggioranza dei casi funziona perfettamente, è divertente giocare ai giochi retrò, è bello poter giocare ai grandi classici in modalità portatile.Collegata alla tv con cavo hdmi e joystick le potenzialità di gioco aumentano notevolmente e diventa ultradivertente. Prezzo elevato se rapportato al grado di smanettosità richiesto per far funzionare tutto al meglio.

Zunächst zum wesentlichen.- Bis auf PSP und Dreamcast laufen alle anderen Emulatoren flüssig.Benotung meinerseits?- Verarbeitung 1- Anordnung Bedienelemente 1-- Display 1-- Performance in Android 3- Preis/ Leistung 1Was erwartet euch?Ein Retrohandheld welches out of the Box funktioniert und sehr gut verarbeitet ist.Display ist top. Besser wäre nur noch Oled.Die Bedienelemente machen einen wertigen Eindruck und lassen sich angenehm bedienen. Knackige Druckpunkte usw..Lediglich PSP und Dreamcast kann man sich aus dem Kopf schlagen. Dafür hat der Prozessor zu wenig Leistung. PSP läuft je nach Spiel mit 15-25 fps. (Mal mehr, mal weniger)Spiele waren leider keine dabei (vermutlich rein rechtlich schwer umzusetzen), aber das sollte für die meisten Leute die schonmal was von Google gehört haben kein Problem darstellen.Performance in Android. Kurz gesagt... könnte besser sein. Als Vergleich nehme ich mal Carmageddon. Das lief auf dem Note 2 flüssig. Hier leider nicht. Ob es jetzt am System oder am Spiel liegt kann ich nicht sagen... Carmageddon wurde ja für ein wesentlich älteres Android entwickelt.Negativ ist zu erwähnen, dass in Android KEIN playstore installiert ist was die Sache an Apps zu kommen für den 0815 User schwierig macht. Amazon App store, f-droid usw. können ohne Probleme nachinstalliert werden. Für Google playstore gibt es Seiten welche die apk's extrahieren und zum Download bereit stellen. Generell kann man sich das Gerät unter Android wie ein Smartphone ohne Sim vorstellen.Zum Betriebssystem. Das mitgelieferte von Anbernic reicht vollkommen aus. Alternativ kann man sich noch andere flashen. Z.B. ArkOS. Das ist jetzt nicht unbedingt performanter, bietet aber noch zusätzliche Funktionen wie Moonlight (Spielestreaming vom PC/Steam -> läuft erstaunlich flüssig (über WLAN) ), Portmaster (Ports von Spielen wie am2r, half-life, quake, c&c, Tomb Raider 1 uvm.) und KODI Media Center ( ich nutze es als Netzwerkvideoplayer).Alles in allem gibt es von mir eine ganz klare Kaufempfehlung an die, die schon immer mit der Anschaffung einer Retrokonsole geliebäugelt haben.

Das ist für den Preis bisher die beste Retrokonsole für unterwegs, die man sich kaufen kann.PlayStation portable ,Nintendo 64 ,PlayStation 1 und alle Gameboysorten laufen flüssig auf dem Anbernic.Selbstverständlich sollte man sich ein bisschen in der Emulatorebene auskennen und manche Spiele anpassen.Den großen Schritt mach diesmal das Android auf dem Gerät, was den N64 emulator bedeutend besser laufen lässt.

La consola está súper bien. Podría ser más potente de lo que es, algunos juegos van a tirones y se calienta (tiene emulador de N64 pero olvídate de jugarla con un rendimiento aceptable), o al menos esa ha sido mi experiencia. Pero para la grandísima mayoría de casos rinde perfectamente, es una gozada para juegos retro, la sensación para jugar en modo portátil es muy buena. Es cierto que es pequeña y entiendo a los que dicen que se les hace incómoda por quedarles muy pequeña respecto al tamaño de sus manos. Yo tengo unas manos considerablemente grandes, sin llegar a ser un homúnculo de Pendfield, y se me hace cómoda. Además por tamaño te la puedes llevar cómodamente a cualquier lugar. Por otro lado, la he utilizado mucho conectada a la TV y va genial. También le he conectado diferentes tipos de mando, tanto por usb como por bluetooth y todo OK. Yo no he notado input lag.Lo que si, el precio me parece desproporcionado, pero bueno, soy pobre y todo me parece caro. De todas formas, hay opciones mucho más económicas fuera de Amazon, en la propia web de Anbernic sin ir más lejos. O en wallapop vendidas por homúnculos.
