Well made. Well packaged. Better than expected.
I had decent expeditions going into this but they were exceeded. Install was difficult but they made it as easy as possible (watch the video) given what you’re doing. Package shipping was incredible. The screen is bright, large, and functional. The software is versatile but can be a little glitchy at times (overall 7.5/10 but it could be user error). CarPlay works well, still have yet to download other apps. Screen build is high quality and large. All wiring harnesses were labeled and loomed. Watching movies on it is pretty cool.I was pretty impressed with the product out of the box but even more so after install. Took me about 2.5 hours to install, going slow. The product is not perfect (software) but it’s significantly better than OEM in almost every way and well worth the price. High functionality and quality makes up for glitchy nature. You won’t be disappointed.

REALLY Buggy, but great option if you’re cheap like me
This product is exactly what it is, a cheap competitor to the name brands offered by Bimmertech and 4x4ca. When it works, it works well! I have to reset it manually every 2 days because the audio stops working in CarPlay or any other native android app. The screen always works, never drops out or locks up, and is beautiful. If you can get over the buggyness, it’s a great value for the money, just be prepared to have to reset it every couple of days with a SIM card tool.

Didn’t Play Audio
I purchase this unit, along with the fiber optic box and still no audio. Professional installers discovered that this unit was a bad unit and I returned it. I’m so upset. Was looking forward to using this.

integration with I-drive control.
Works great with I-drive. It's like an extension to the cars system. Connected a backup camera and work like factor.

Big upgrade, and simple enough to install. A little buggy though
As the title states, Huge upgrade to the stock Screen/Radio.I mainly upgraded for the android auto feature since BMW was missing it until the most recent years. This was pretty simple to install. Takes a little carefulness not to break any clips when removing your trim.Small Torq wrench included and a plastic pry tool to remove the car trim. Instructions were lacking, but you could look up a youtube video on it. They do leave out some instructions but if you watch the video first in totality and look at the cables provided you can figure this out easy. I have not had a chance to test all the other features out but for android auto/car play, this is straight plug and play and it works immediately. Steering controls work, but apparently not with all apps. (Example, i set my default music app to SiriusXM and the skip function works, but when you use a different app, like amazon music it does not skip the songs. If you go back and change the music app preference it does.)Update 4/4/23 still great over the stock option there, but this is buggy for sure. When you get into the car it takes some time to start up. Once it connects via BT it automatically starts my wifi on my phone which i like to keep off, connects via wifi, and starts this crazy loop of connecting and disconnecting. I will get to my destination before this thing starts acting correctly. Seems to be progressively worst. Awaiting an update.
