Please do yourself a favour and never even consider buying this, I am an athlete and this is by far the worst product I have ever put in my mouth, it tastes like a medicine, more like a chemical powder taste and even burns the throat, the flavour is absolutely horrible, and the week I consumed this , I felt lack in my performance as to when I was consuming regular whey.

Using the best ingredients, covering fundamental and vital areas that are nutritionally important for us nourish of the body. With this being great, it sadly tastes bad.
