The product is beautiful, was easy to assemble. There was a minor customer service issue which was handled with ease after a brief email exchange. I highly recommend these umbrellas and am so happy I made this purchase. I can easily move the umbrella around my patio to position it around the movement of the sun. It looks great and provides tons of shade on my outdoor patio. Tears at Purple Leaf assisted me with the customer service issue and it was a seamless communication.

I spent a lot of time researching these and happy with the purchase of this. It’s the upgraded 4” wide pole which is sturdy and I’g glad I went with this one as it has held up well through one season so far. The open and close mechanism is very smooth - the crank moves easily and opens a huge 12x12 umbrella with ease. Purple Leaf customer support is fantastic also - I had a defective umbrella cover and they promptly sent me a replacement one.

Beautiful color. Covers patio perfectly, love the option to swivel umbrella as sun moves throughout the day. I also got the umbrella base which also is a quality product. Emily at Purple Leaf was an great help with ordering these products!

This umbrella and base are great. One side has tended to dip down, so it’s not as level as it was when we first put it up. That is disappointing. But stable and provides a lot of shade. And it looks very nice, except for that unlevel bit.

Ease of operation!

The product was purchased in 2023 and is a great addition to my patio all summer. Unfortunately when I opened the umbrella again this spring 2024 the fabric ripped along the seams in two locations. I contacted purpleleaf and the customer service is beyond amazing. Within 24 hours they stood by their product and rectified the situation. With a few a pictures and a few questions they understood the issue and will be sending me a new canopy. Not only is the product great but the service is top notch. Buy with confidence and will buy again if I need to expand my patio further

Mine came, put together for another $125 After price of umbrella & price for base, over $1000. Doesn't work properly won't stay in locked position. Getting help from Amazon was rude & no help & manufacturer No help!! Be careful when purchasing one

This company not only had amazing products, but their customer service should be what every company strives to offer. I have purchased several times; the umbrellas and bases stand up to the desert wind and sun! We did have a small shipping damage issue, reached out and Becky with their customer service department was so helpful, got me the part I needed in a very timely manner. They check up with you through the entire process and even after the sale, just to make sure you are happy! I cannot say enough about how great they are to work with, and their products are top notch as well.
