Works well. Looks quite tiny. Pump is 4.1" long, 2" high,1.8" wide. Compact. Good manual. My test did about 1.5 gal in 11 minutes, about 8+ gal/hour. Output pipe is only 3/16",6mm inside, so don't expect miracles but it does the job well. The output tube is maybe 4 feet long. I had to buy a longer one. The sensor wire between pump and float reservoir is about 3 feet. The reservoir is small ( 1 ounce) so if you have lots of water flow, the pump may turn on and off often. I put mine on a timer to limit the cycles. My setup pumps about 3 gals per day. very quiet. Works.

I was in need for a new water pump for my HVAC system, and this was recommended as a top seller and the highest quality. It was very easy to install, the instructions were clear, but if you are replacing this with an old one, you will likely not need the instructions. It works exactly as intended, and the float works properly, triggering the pump to activate and expel water once the reservoir has been filled. This was a very well made product and I am not disappointed with my purchase. I highly recommend. I am hoping never to have to replace this again, but if I do, I would absolutely buy it again and have recommended it to friends and coworkers..

Excellent product and wonderful customer service! The pump is quiet and works great. The reservoir fits nicely in the back of the head unit. I had a small issue that was quickly resolved after contacting their customer service department. I am very pleased with the pump and would definitely purchase it again.

I tested it on my dehumidifier and the pump and the shut off both worked. That lasted roughly one day and both failed. I attempted again, making sure it was level in all directions. I tested both the pump and the shut off worked . I left the unit alone (no movement) and again both pump and shutoff failed within a day.

I purchased this to replace our old broken down pump. It was easy to install ( we checked that it had the same openings/connections that out other pump had) . Came with parts needed like the adaptor for smaller or larger pipes and zipties to tighten the outgoing hose. I wish it has the actual like hose tightening parts (if what they are called) or that at least it came with a few more zip ties. I had to purchase extra because one of them slipped off to low on the hose and had to be removed. It only came with 2 , you kind of need both to have it be secure and water proof so I you don't get both exactly right the first time you screwed. However the pump itself is doing the job correctly. The instructions were pretty easy to understand. I find it louder than our old pump but maybe it is just it has a more powerful motor. Generally you can only hear it if all other noise in the house is off. It is just the right size. Not too bulky . Over all happy I purchased this instead of paying hundreds of dollars for a visit from tech. Money was worth it.

works great. bought this to hook an ice maker I placed between my washer/dryer to this so any waste water gets pumped into the washer drain. Have no complaints, works when it needs to, sits there when it isn't needed.

This has worked great for my dehumidifier. One small issue after a year of continuous service and the company was very quick to resolve. The pump is quiet and dependable, and very easy to use.

Kick as little pump. Use it for a stand up AC unit that leaks. Gets to level and pumps the water out

Garbage..the float doesn't work and it over flows on the floor
