Easy to install, very quiet, had to check outside drain just to make sure it was working.great little pump.

I was in need for a new water pump for my HVAC system, and this was recommended as a top seller and the highest quality. It was very easy to install, the instructions were clear, but if you are replacing this with an old one, you will likely not need the instructions. It works exactly as intended, and the float works properly, triggering the pump to activate and expel water once the reservoir has been filled. This was a very well made product and I am not disappointed with my purchase. I highly recommend. I am hoping never to have to replace this again, but if I do, I would absolutely buy it again and have recommended it to friends and coworkers..

Excellent product and wonderful customer service! The pump is quiet and works great. The reservoir fits nicely in the back of the head unit. I had a small issue that was quickly resolved after contacting their customer service department. I am very pleased with the pump and would definitely purchase it again.

First night of install. Brand new office, sheet rock, flooring and this pump just stopped working and allowed overflow from the mini split all down the wall and all over the floor. The float randomly got stuck and failed to engage the pump and also did NOT shut off the mini split. Clearly the safety doesn’t work when the float sticks. Literally tapped the float bowl and it immediately went back to working. Obviously I do not believe this is a dependable unit due to the circumstance.

Set it up about two weeks ago… No leaks! We cut a small hole in the plastic air outtake to put the draining hose outside and sealed it up with some foam but everything has worked really well and wanted to wait to give it a review after a BUNCH of water leak checks. Set up was 10-15 mins with someone who had no idea what they were doing, pretty straightforward! Would recommend for anyone with those window units that don’t have a self evap tank! Also super quiet, which we didn’t mind either way because the unit is very loud itself

This has worked great for my dehumidifier. One small issue after a year of continuous service and the company was very quick to resolve. The pump is quiet and dependable, and very easy to use.

works great. bought this to hook an ice maker I placed between my washer/dryer to this so any waste water gets pumped into the washer drain. Have no complaints, works when it needs to, sits there when it isn't needed.

Easy install, works as it should.
