Hard to say if it actually has, but this product has coincided with an increase in energy on my part! I have made other lifestyle changes, roughly the same time, but I believe this stuff has at least helped reduce my fatigue levels and I no longer struggle so much to wake in the mornings. Easy to use, simply place on your tongue and let it melt away or chew it, the taste is actually very good, which makes a nice change for healthy products. Not much else to say really, the pot is of good quality and it appears to be a premium product. Obviously check with your GP if is suitable for you if you have any health issues.

I keep forgetting to take them, but my blood test shows B12 is above normal. I eat a 100% vegan diet. WFPB. I may only remember to take them about 2 or 3 times per month. But my results show above-normal B12

El envase es de cristal por lo que ya se aprecia desde un primer momento la buena calidad. Los comprimidos tienen sabor a fresa y se deshacen muy rápidamente en la boca; el método adecuado para la toma es vía sublingual. En cuanto a la dosis, si bien el fabricante recomienda 1 comprimido diario, por su concentración (1.000 miligramos por cada uno) con hacer 3 tomas semanales sería más que suficiente para aportar toda la vitamina B12 que nuestro cuerpo necesita teniendo en cuenta que solamente la aportamos por esta vía.
