The IMACONE 6-pack of chafing dishes is fantastic for whatever you are hosting, whether it be a small family gathering or a larger event such as a wedding or office party. The set arrived quickly and in perfect condition. They are shipped in a single box, so it is a little heavy - 55-60 pounds - but everything is individually wrapped in plastic bags with styrofoam dividers between and corner pieces to prevent damage or scratches. The company even included a small metal pry bar to aid in separating any dishes, lids, or water trays that may have gotten stuck together (a common occurrence with disassembled chafing sets). Set up is a breeze. Just unfold the frames and attach the fuel trays, attach the handles to the lids, put a water pan, food pan, and lid in each frame, and place the fuel canisters in the holders and put them on the fuel trays. I had all six assembled in less than 30 minutes. They are stainless steel, so they should last for several years of moderate use and proper care. The rolled edges are a plus because you don't need to worry about cuts from sharp edges, like with some other chafing dishes sets. I used these to host an office holiday breakfast and luncheon. They performed very well. Food that was to be kept hot stayed hot for hours; food that needed to be cold stayed cold (keep food cold by filling the water tray with ice before placing the food pan). Tear down was fast after the event, and clean up was easy. I put the lids (without handles) and food pans in the dishwasher (two loads) and hand-washed the water pansas they were too large for the dishwasher. Everything looks practically new after use. There are some light heat marks from the fuel canisters on the bottom of the water pans, but that is normal and can be removed with a bit of Barkeepers Friend. Overall, this set is a great value for the cost. I paid more a few years ago for a different set, and it has sharp edges and doesn't look nearly as nice. I wish I'd found these first!

I love the ability to set an exact temperature. No one mentions the noise they produce. It is totally justified, the electric heater kicks in the keep the food hot. But, in a quit setting, the noise can be distracting, and might actually scare young kids. BUT the lid on this is awesome. Easily slides up and back down. The temperature control is great. But the noise they make. I wonder what it might sound like if you had 6 of these on a buffet line kick in at the same time.

This is my 3rd order after returning the 2 previous orders. 1st return because all 6 deep pans were bent on the sides. 2nd return had all 6 deep pans bent over on a corner. Two of the pans could not even be pulled apart. Expressed my frustration and promised this 3rd order would be reinforced for the bottom pans. 2 of the bottom pans bent. Basically you can’t get this delivered without damage. Don’t know if a warehouse issue, transport, or what. I ordered almost 2 months ahead of my event. Had to go ahead and use but extremely disappointed. These pans are heavy and difficult to take apart. Finding defects at the bottom of the box is disappointing. Believe I should be compensated.

Great and durable quality. I haven't used them yet but they are easy to assemble and they look like they're gonna last me a long time
