I like the fact that these can be cut in half. Something to know about saffron - it will produce nausea, if taken in a full 88.5mg dose every day. That's why it's an appetite suppressant. I only need around 20mg a day, which is a hard sized dose to find. So it's nice that these can be cut to fit my needs for eye health.

Great product, this was recommended by a friend and it works!

It’s subtle. But when I’m dieting, and start feeling snacky or just hungry, I do have better will power by chewing these and thus more success at staving off those urges. But again, it’s pretty subtle. I wish it was a more dramatic in suppressing appetite… which is why I rated 3 stars not 5.

Caused a lot of bloating.

The flavor isn’t the greatest, but I’ve had way worse - it isn’t particularly offensive, it just isn’t something I’d go out of my way to eat more of. But they’ll do for what I need! They’ve helped my stress level and my mood without throwing me into a manic episode, which is amazing for people with a mood disorder like myself (but everyone is different, I’m not a doctor). I’m happy with these, and will continue to purchase.

I really like it! Good gummies! The testing and smell is super good. I definitely recommend this product.
