FZONE Aquarium CO2 Generator Solenoid Component with Solenoid

I broke my solenoid and this valve is an upgrade for my fzone generator.

I’ve purchased this solenoid multiple times and also had them replaced by customer service which has been helpful at times but also dismissive at times. This product will work well for a few weeks or months and then it will overheat and begin to fail. It won’t flood your tank with gas but it will fail to let any gas through at all.

Set up everything and added the mixture to produce CO2 and I can see the bubbles coming out of the diffuser and bubble checker but both gauges are reading 0 PSI. Had this setup going for 4 days now and still no change.

The solenoid works well but mine came with the protective sleeve over the wires that lead to the little plug loose. It has been some time but one of the wires has now snapped. Is it possible to get a replacement of just this cord or do I need to buy a whole new solenoid?

My Magtool bubble counter broke and I bought this thinking it would be compatible. There is nothing on this product description that specifies that it only works with FZONE needle valves. I really needed my CO2 resolved asap because my plants are dying and now I need to go back to the drawing board. This was a waste of time.

The black body is getting super hot. Not sure how long will be keep working.

Wish I could give zero stars I have replaced parts on this no fewer than four times in three years. It is so poorly made and just leaks or breaks. I keep repairing it and using replacement parts because it is cheaper than starting over. But be warned...This will break on you often. The latest attempt just broke again after four months. It leaked from the start. And today the solenoid fell apart.

I needed a replacement valve after breaking the little electric box on my last one when tightening it up. That box seems to be quite delicate, so make sure you’re not touching it when screwing the valve onto the CO2 tank. The new valve works perfectly, but be aware that the unit was shipped in just a zip-lock bag inside a thin letterbox-sized parcel. 5* as mine is completely fine, but even the smallest amount of padding would be useful.

No incluye ningún tipo de cable de alimentación eléctrico, he tenido que comprarlo por separado lo que aumenta considerablemente el precio de esta válvula. Veremos su calidad con el paso del tiempo.

Habe mir dieses Magentventil als Ersatz gekauft, sollte meinem jetzigen System was passieren. Grundsätzlich bin ich mit dem FZone Co2 System super zufrieden. Und auch der Support ist sehr hilfsbereit, sollte man Probleme haben.

Bought to replace a faulty one on my fzone cylinder. Fzone then refunded the cost as the original one was faulty. No issues since. Love fzone products
