This blend turned out to be surprisingly good.The heat is medium to hot. It is not "too hot".The flavor is unique, and almost a smoky feel.It is worth trying. We have ordered more.

I met the owners of this business at a farmers' market in Knoxville, took some home and now use it almost every day. I put it on pizza, spaghetti, burgers, eggs, gravies, salads, popcorn, stir fries, soups and more. Really well mixed selection of several kinds of chili peppers. Happy convenience that Amazon sells it.

My boyfriend ordered this bc we ran out of our usual red pepper flakes and we wanted to try something different. So glad he chose this one! It's ground up, so when you use it, you don't bite down on big pieces or get flakes stuck in your teeth after eating, but yet it's still got texture to it. And its just the right amount of hot (as long as you like hot lol). The little container isn't super big, but a little seems to go a long ways. We love it and will be ordering more!

But its more like Chopped ingredients instead of just a seasoning..idk know how else to explain it.. but its hot ! Oh like its More whole than chopped up..

This stuff is fantastic! I love spicy food but a lot of seasoning have too much salt added!This product is all natural and salt free. The finer grind is great to add to recipes and the regular is great to shake on pizza! I’ll be trying the Verde pepper blend soon! I will probably be buying some gift boxes for family and friends!

Use this for my homemade kielbasa, adds a very nice bite.
