Not a good product
Not good at all. It doesn't really sharp that well.

Really it works
Very easy to use. Strong suction power makes it stay put on the counter when using. Simply drag a dull knife through one slot a few times and then the next slot a few times. End up with a very sharp knife. The real knife "experts" may not agree with the method this device uses to get a dull knife sharp (it shaves off fine layers of the knife to recreate the edge that is then burnished with the final slot). However, it is fast and effective for most common kitchen knives. I even used it on my pocket knife with great success. I like it.
