I bought this to wear with gym clothing (gym/yoga pants). Though I used the sticky Velcro pieces that came with it, they did not really stay in place. It could work for someone else but the item did not work for me.

Bought for daughter for use when dancing. Does what it's meant to do!Am told it takes a little getting used to, like a slightly more rigid pantie liner.Tape helps to keep it place - so would recommend buying some. Comes with little velcro dots but these do not do your underwear any good! (Hence dropping 1 star.)Easy to clean. Comes nicely packaged including a little bag for storage.
