So basically this is one of the best I have used, far better than a bulb. Its better to have a long shower tube as some are short and restricts use. Try and sit on the loo first as it limits "output". I hover my behind over the bath side and expel into the bath that way, dont run to the toilet as you will spray chocolate milkshake on wall. Be gentle, not to hot.

This is a good product. Fits the shower head nicely. I wish they had made the head out of silicon…. Lube is essential but the head of the device is a little uncomfortable and the experience of it would be better if it was a silicon head. Insert and then turn on shower head for 3/4 seconds. Turn off shower and leave the device in. Sit on the toilet to evacuate the water. It will be weird when you first do it…Continue until clear liquid. Don’t worry if it’s a bit messy…. Do it twice in the first week… gets much easier. If you’re looking for a little more comfort the metal one is not for you.

Ich bin mit der Duschdüse, die ich schon mehrfach eingesetzt habe sehr zufrieden. Sie lässt sich mit etwas Vaseline oder ähnlichem sehr leicht einführen. Ich habe keinerlei Schmerzen dabei, da sie sehr glatt ist und mehrere Abrundungen besitzt. Meine Darmverstopfung habe ich damit jedesmal beseitigt.
