Kong Is The Best Product!
I buy my dog almost everything Kong. Kong products are superb compared to the cheaper brands you can buy (the other brand that holds up well is Bark where you can get them delived weekly or monthly in what's known as a "Bark Box"). We've had great luck with these two brands. Every now and then we'll find something cute, it's a different brand from the two noted above, and sometimes it's a hit or miss.Luckily, my Pug, Shadow, doesn't really try and destroy his toys like my moms Pug, Mini, does. My dad also has a Pug named Tucker, but he just turned 10 years old and doesn't really play with toys anymore. My dog has been chewing on this little plastic frisbee we've had for like 10 years. We got it for being a member of Thousand Trails and for some reason he loves it. Anyway, he loves chewing on it, but for one thing it's not even a dog toy. Now it's all cracked and pieces of plastic are coming off of it. I don't want him to choke on it, get sick, or worse. So I've been looking for a new frisbee for him.I was in a parade last summer in my town in WA State and a company was handing out regular size frisbees. I think you know where this story is going. I let him chew on it for a while and he didn't damage it like he did the smaller one (that one you could fit in the palm of your hand). But I still needed to find a dog frisbee for him. He doesn't really play catch with it, although if I go outside and throw it, he'll run after it and get it.So, anyway I went to my trusty website, Amazon. I know Kong makes good products that last, so it was really a no brainer on what kind to get him. When I first gave it to him he was so happy. He started teething on it (he just turned one back on March 14, 2026) just like he did with the other frisbees, but after maybe 5 minutes, he was bored with it. And I knew why immediately. It's because this frisbee is made out of rubber. In the description, it says the frisbee is made out of Durable KONG Classic Rubber and the flying disc is made of forgiving, durable KONG Classic Natural rubber. Well, my dog doesn't want it to be forgiving! Lol He wants to make marks, sctratches, cracks, and holes in it.So, he doesn't really play with it anymore. It just sits in his toy box. It doesn't mean the frisbee isn't a good product. It's just not the right one for him. His ultimate favorite toy is named, "Alley" (or Ali as we found out later it says on the tag) and it's a Kong Plush Alligator and it says "Kong Cozie" on the Alligators butt. I'll say, "Where's Alley?" And he'll run and get it. He plays and chews on it all day. And before we go to bed, I ask him if he has Alley and we'll go and get it and bring it on the bed for the night (along with about 12 other toys and chews). Lol. But it's held up so well. There are no rips or tears on it anywhere. He'll lay down and nawl on the squeaker part repeatedly and it still squeaks!Anyway, I can tell the frisbee is made well. I don't have to worry about pieces coming off of it. He will play with it every now and again if I throw it. We've played some serious tug-of-war with it actually and it didn't rip. I wouldn't buy this one for any breed larger than a Pug though. They do make bigger ones, so just make sure you get a bigger size and not the small. I like how Kong mentions that not all toys are created equal, so it’s always best to supervise your dog during play. Supervised play will help toys last longer and keep your dog safe. No dog toy is truly indestructible, so always remove the toy from playtime if damaged. This is why I like Kong products so much, they hold up very well. But, yes, you should supervise your pooch; especially if they're known for destroying the heck out of a toy.The price for the frisbee is $11.96 (plus tax) and that's normal for a dog toy and I'm perfectly happy paying more for a Kong toy because they last and are made superb compared to other products. This frisbee weights 0.12 kilograms or 0.26 lbs, so it's very light and easy for a puppy to hold and carry around. The demensions are (for the small): 9.57"L x 7.05"W x 0.94"H. The rubber is very soft, so it won't irratate your dogs mouth. It's soft enough to keep the chewing on it, but durable enough that I know this toy will outlive him (saddly).Kong is the best. I bought him a Kong Harness at Petsmart and it's made so well. The material is very thick, the stitching is very good and the buckles are heavy duty made of metal! Most dog harnesses out there have plastic buckles that are just garbage and break/crack. And this one ajusts at many points and it's never seemed to bother him (he doesn't dig, itch at it or try and get it off). And the on top of the harness, down on his back, there's a zipper pouch with a hole where you can store doggy poop bags. Kong also makes the matching leash to the harness and I plan on getting it. I really can't say enough about them and how inpressed I am with their products. Our dogs are very spoiled and we have 6 large bins of doggy toys that are overflowing (and we even donate a lot to puppies less fortunate). We all agree the Kong have held up the best.Although I wouldn't buy another one for my dog, it doesn't mean I wouldn't recommend it if this is something your dog would play with. In the end, we found a doggy Nerf frisbee and it's tough enough to where he can't break it, but he can leave some teeth marks in it, so he's happy, but it is a full size frisbee, but that doesn't stop him (he's built pretty big, not fat, for a Pug with very long legs). So, in all, I'm very happy with the quality of the fribee. I wish my dog would play with it more, but I'm not going to force him and he has a lot of toys to choose from. Definitely 🌟 5 Stars! 🌟 I will definitely and always purchase from this seller. Kong is my go-to product. Thank you! 👍💟 Sarah 💟

Indestructible!
If you have a dog that loves fetch, this KONG frisbee is an absolute must-have. We’ve had ours for years, and it is still going strong! The rubber material holds up remarkably well against constant play. Despite countless throws, catches, and tugging, we haven't had a single puncture wound or tear in it. It's soft and flexible enough to be gentle on teeth and gums when catching it mid-air, but tough enough that hard play won't ruin it. Easily the best dog frisbee on the market—100% worth every penny if you want something that actually lasts!

Excellent Frisbee
This is a great Frisbee for my dog who usually ruins a plastic Frisbee after 3 throws. It can be thrown very far and she'll chase it and throw it around. No holes, no rips. Excellent Frisbee.

Durable, cheap, just what I wanted.
This has been a game-changer for my 60lb staffy. We go out and throw this frisbee every day, and have for quite some time now. I don't really let her chew on it as a main toy, I save it specifically for fetch, and it looks completely unscathed. At first it was weird to throw since its a heavier frisbee than you might be thinking. However, after some practice its easy to throw and very durable. It does get really dirty, but super easy to rinse off in the sink. Here I am, writing a review about a frisbee. It's a good one.

Durable for Fetch, But Not Indestructible
The KONG Flyer performs well for outdoor fetch and is noticeably better than many standard plastic flying discs. The natural rubber construction is softer and safer on a dog’s mouth, and it flies in a predictable arc when thrown properly. For active play sessions, it holds up better than most lightweight alternatives. That said, it is absolutely not indestructible. If you have a strong chewer and allow it to become a chew toy instead of strictly a fetch toy, you’ll likely see wear and damage. It’s durable for its intended purpose, but it shouldn’t be mistaken for something that can withstand heavy chewing. The reason this isn’t a 5-star rating is that durability has limits, especially with power chewers. It’s better than most flying discs on the market, but expectations should be realistic.

Great product
My golden retriver loves it. Very flexible, can be thrown a long way. Does not hurt the dogs mouth or teeth. Holds up well, great product.

Just ok
The durability is great. The flight and weight of the frisbee doesn't allow it to be a frisbee. It does not "float" like other frisbees. If you aren't looking to throw it far, this will work. If you like to see your dog catch it, and get good runs in, this isn't it.

Best dog toy!!
This is absolutely the best toy that I have for my golden retriever! He loves the frisbee.. it flies great in the air and he can catch it without having a hard service to bite. Also makes for a great chew toy and it’s extremely durable.
