AF Tech Rescue Kit - Emergency Kit to Rescue Water Damaged Devices

I’m unable to comment as this is a back up product. However, upon googling and speaking to Apple, if your phone is water damaged it cannot be repaired by putting in something to absorb\draw out the water .Delivery was prompt.

After a good 1.5 hour dunking in my washing machine, my iphone needed emergency help.I put it in rice for 24 hours but ordered the Tech Rescue Kit to help it make a proper recovery. Which it did.One thing to remember if you find yourself in this situation - do not keep turning your phone off and on when it's wet to check if it still works. I didn't know this and I'm lucky I didn't cause a short circuit.Good product and does the job but I would have been able to make this myself for a few pence. Hindsight is a wonderful thing. Buy one now before you need it.

Bought this for my sister after her phone's camera mysteriously clouded over (no contact with water). Apple wanted to charge over £300 to repair. This was purchased as a last resort and to the surprise of all worked brilliantly. Would definitely recommend.

Dried my mobile out

Perfect. It did the job. We had a Samsung S9 that let some moisture in behind the camera glass. This ruined every photo.72 hours in this and it fully removed the moisture.

I think the reason why it didn’t work is because we left it too late, like what other reviewers have said you need to use this product as soon as I.e. 24. - 48 hrs when the accident occurred. Sadly it’s far too late for me.

My phone was ressurected from the dead after 5 days! I had it in rice for 2 days and this for 3 days. I am over the moon!

I ordered this product after my ipod slipped into the lining of my jacket and ended up going through the washing machine. I took a few days for Tech rescue to arrive. When it did I popped the ipod into the packet provided and left it for a week. It turns on and plays music - the touch screen was a bit off before I put it through the washing machine so I wasn't expecting much but I wouldn't say its worse. I really believed I'd killed my birthday present, fortunately not so!!! Very happy it's back!
