How do you clean the metal filter? Can it be removed?

YES it can be cleaned and removed. you can run it thru a dish washer. but remove it and use a soft scrubber on the inside and outside of the filter, then run it thru very hot water. very easy clean up.

Can you use frozen fruit

Answer is no. Frozen fruits means the juice in the fruit is frozen and will not be easily squeezed.
