This supplement is great! Not only do I see fresh hair coming in, my nails have grown and look beautiful! I do have to add, that I also use a collagen peptide power along with the supplement.

✨ Hair talk time ✨ Over the last few months, I’ve been trying different supplements to help with my recent hair loss. 💇‍♀️ One of them was this hair growth complex. My experience? 🌿 It didn’t give me a huge boost in volume, and I can’t say I felt my hair growing longer. BUT—I definitely noticed something: usually, I go to my hairdresser every 4 months to touch up my color, but this time around, in just 2.5 months my roots were already showing. 👀 That’s a big sign for me that something is happening! This product helped with my perimenopause hair shedding. My lashes are even longer. I will say that hair is growing in places it wasn't previously, but the benefits outweigh all the extra hair.

Starting month 3 and I started to notice in months too that my scalp was very tender. I thought it was because I was using nioxin products but I stopped using them and my scalp is still very tender I didn't think much about it but then I read the one star reviews on this product and one woman said her scalp itched. Others were saying that the product was ineffective. I have found the texture of my hair has improved and I do feel like it's regrowing my hair but there were also comments that their nails were splitting. I can't speak for my fingernails because I've always had acrylics but I noticed yesterday that my big toenail split in half and fell off so I'm probably going to switch over to another product after I'm done with this bottle. I've also noticed increased queasiness and heartburn and gas.

Since I’ve been taking this supplement my hair doesn’t come out nearly as much! And the places where it was thinning at my temples has grown back. I’m very happy and am continuing to use it. I do want to say that my hair wasn’t thinning as much as the pictures I’ve seen but it has definitely helped me. Also, I used some other products before this one and they all say it takes a few months. I didn’t stick with any of the others but they may have helped. I also compared prices and this was one of the less expensive. All around, I’m very pleased.

I am on Tamoxifen which has caused thinning hair and eyelashes. I have been using the vitamins for two months now. I noticed that my hair stopped coming out during shampooing after three weeks. Not only is my hair thicker, my eyelashes are almost back to normal!
