I was specifically looking for a dye-free guifenasin & this one delivers! It's as effective as the name brands Muci .. but No Dyes. I'm thrilled! I use Guaifenesin to help me sleep at night. Without it, I keep waking up many times through the night trying to breath past my post nasal drip. Thought to try this time release capsule as a way to extend the effects Guaifenesin gives me to breathe and sleep longer. Till now, I was using 100mg expectorant syrup. I may however have to go back to the syrup because I discovered using this 600mg time release dosage; it ramps up my metabolism to where my body seems to buzz which makes it impossible to get to sleep at all! This does work very well to keep ones bronchial passages clear to breathe, which makes it good for day use if one takes it early in the morning but unfortunately no good for night time use!
